FINBAR

FINBAR (derived from Fionnbharr, an old Irish word, meaning "fair-headed one") is an 8-month-old Golden retriever x English Setter who was found wandering the streets in Ireland. He has now been neutered.

Sandie said, "He is quite giddy but does settle down pretty quickly. He smiles an awful lot so we have to be careful that nobody misinterprets it. He's not housetrained. He gets on well with other dogs."

Finbar went to be fostered by Harriet and family in Manchester after being picked up by Maria at silly o'clock. Maria totally fell in love with this handsome, loveable little chap, as did Harriet.

Harriet has now started up a blog for Finbar Here's the link http://aaronsfosterdiary.blogspot.com and she will be posting daily.

If Finbar continues to be as wonderful as he is now, especially with the children, then Harriet is going to "fail miserably" at her first attempt at fostering and will be adopting him herself.
