KENNEL CLUB GOOD CITIZEN BRONZE AWARD ENTRY FORM

Entries must be received by 16 August so certificates can be ordered from the Kennel Club

We hope you and your dog will take this worthwhile award at our Reunion show. Every single entry will help Irish Retriever Rescue to give another dog the chance of a really good life.
 
Each form is for one dog only so, if you have more than one dog, a separate entry form will be needed
for each one.

Please make sure that you are have read all the literature in the KCGC Bronze Award and know what is expected of you. It is open to all dogs and bitches, not just to our IRR boys and girls.

Entry is £5 and must be paid in advance. We will be unable to take entries for this on the day.
