Aileen

Aileen adopted Angel & Allie in 2008, followed quickly by Sam. On return from spending some time living abroad in 2013, Aileen became a Trustee and the UK co-ordinator and head of the team in the UK, working closely with Belinda who she adored.

In that role Aileen was responsible for finding the best homes possible for the golden retrievers who come to IRR, coordinating with the other members of the team, fosterers and adopters to ensure the best possible home was found for the dogs. Having successfully rehomed more than 100 wonderful goldens, and in anticipation of giving birth to her gorgeous little boy, Daniel, Aileen resigned her position to spend more time with her family.
