Bella

Bella is a lovely spayed 18mths old, mid gold coloured Golden Retriever with a vibrant personality. She is super affectionate and is in wonderful health.

She was groomed, health checked and granted her Pet Passport for transport to the UK.

IN FOSTER WITH LYNN (OCT – NOV 2018)

Bella has gone back into foster in order to further her education in a positive manner. Lynn says of her “Bella is a confident, intelligent, playful dog who loves company and attention. She is good with other dogs and approaches them confidently sometimes expecting them to play straight away so she does need to be ouraged to be calm on initial approach. She is eager to please and keen to learn. She loves learning concept games and because she loves food she is more than happy to work for it. She is not protective of her food bowl and happily lets the other dogs walk past her. She loves a tennis ball and again is happy to share with others. She settles down when being left if I go out and also, in the evening, she will settle down beside you. She enjoys her walks and stays close by. Her recall on the whole is good but she does have cloth ears on occasion. Not unexpected at her age, Bella is a dog with lots of energy that can get excited easily but she is also very affectionate and loves cuddles. She is great in the house and does not chew or do any damage. If she is being rehomed with another dog she can pester them to play therefore a confident dog is needed who can hold their own”.

BELLA’S DREAM HOME She is stunningly beautiful and will make someone the most amazing pet. Bella is as Bella does. Beautiful inside and out and longing to show the lucky person how fantastic she is.  She does need plenty of exercise, mental stimulation and continuing positive training so a forever home with people who have plenty of time to devote to her is an absolute must.

Bella is a quick learner and wants to please. She would be suitable for an adult home or one with older children.

She would, however, love to live in a home with a canine friend, preferably one that is slightly older, worldly wise and confident who can settle her in and show her what’s what.

This lovely little girl is, indeed, going to make a really super dog for some lucky person.
