Buddy

Age: about 18 months

Sex: Male, neutered

History

Buddy has been surrendered to IRR because he is proving too boisterous for the other dog in his family. He was originally rescued (through another rescue) in November and at that time he was badly underweight and hadn’t had the best start in life.

Personality
Buddy craves love and affection but he is a young boy who hasn’t had any training, guidance or proper socialisation with other dogs. He is full of energy and needs plenty of exercise every day.

Buddy’s dream home
Buddy needs a very active home where he will get plenty of walking and controlled exercise every day. He needs an owner who will invest the time in taking him to training and socialisation classes and who will work with him in a consistent and positive way so that he can become a model canine citizen. Ideally he needs a large secure garden where he can explore everything in complete safety.

Behaviour with other animals Buddy is not good with cats and needs continued socialisation with other dogs so that he learns how to behave properly.

Fostered in: to be confirmed.
