Fleur

FLEUR is about a year old and was surreneder to the pound by her owner, with no reason given. This could have meant instant death for her but, thankfully, we heard about her and were able to release her. She was then fostered in Ireland by Sandie, during which time she was spayed.

Sandie found her to be clean in the house.  Initially she was very nervous of her other dogs and a bit grumbly, no doubt through fear, but she soon relaxed and started to play.  She seemed to be very submissive rather than well trained as she did sit (or rather lay) on command but Sandie thought rather from fear than good training.  Sandie said “she’s an absolute sweetheart”.

Fleur was standing close by when Sandie picked up her food bowl for the first time and she certainly was not food agressive so why she was surrendered became even more of a mystery. All she needed was loads of TLC which she quite clearly had never, ever, received in her life.

Fleur has now gone to live in Malvern where she will be loved and looked after properly, as she deserves.
