Ozzy Clark

SANDIE JUST HAD TO HELP HIM

Ozzy is a Lurcher who was, probably, about 8-10 years of age. He is a really sweet boy, has a nice temperament and gets on well with other dogs. Ozzy has been neutered.

Ozzy was rescued by Sandie in Ireland when she was asked for help by her vets after he had been attacked by another dog and did not have an owner to collect him and care for him.

UPDATE FROM ANDY

Ozzie went into foster in the Midlands with our most experienced fosterers, Andy and Val.

Andy said “Ozzie’s a very sweet old boy, who’s obviously had a hard time of late. The scars from his mauling testament to how he must have suffered. He’s a nice old fellow though, and very affectionate, just picking up the confidence to give you a little nudge to remind you not to stop fussing him. He gets on well with Meg (Gollden Retriever) and has been no trouble at all.

He’s been eating well, and seems to be enjoying the attention. He’s been left for a while with no problem, and seems house-trained. Ozzie deserves a nice home for his remaining years, and I’m sure he’ll make someone a very faithful, and loving companion. He’s certainly made a big impression on us in the short time he’s been here.”

UPDATE FEB 2010

Ozzy was moved to a foster home in Nottinghamshire in readiness for his re-homing.

IN HIS NEW HOME

Ozzy went off happily to live with Sara & Andrew and their dog Lucy in Nottingham.
