2014 Reunion

So after months of preparation, (we actually started back in December 2013), Sat 6th Sept finally descended on us…..eek….panic sets in, have we got enough chairs, can the banners be seen from the road, will people turn up !!Only a few mishaps occurred which hopefully no-one noticed…
Two of our local vets had agreed to judge the classes, however, one week before the event I was informed that they could not attend… Oh no what do we do, no problems – the lovely Julie from Rugeley Dog Training, who also incidentally helps judge professional shows, saved the day. We did invite Martin Clunes along to help judge and we did get a reply, but unfortunately, he was filming a new series and was unable to attend.
Unfortunately, our ‘official photographer’ Pete Button and Ali broke down on the M5, but fortunately, the lovely Paul Simpson was roped in to help.
And lastly, a brand new fryer which was bought for the refreshment stall only for it not to work, sorry you never got your chips!
And you fabulous people very generously dipped into your pockets and purses and the overall amount raised for this year’s reunion was £1,203.
