BEAUTIFUL BOUNCER HAS GONE

We were all very sorry to hear that Bouncer went to Rainbow Bridge on 10th March 2012. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his family. We are sure that his very good friend Teddy, who made the journey recently herself, would have been waiting to greet him.

BOUNCER’S STORY

BOUNCER, previously known as Rory is Kelly’s son and was one of eight dogs who came to IRR from an ISPCA raid in 2005.  

The dogs were severely traumatised but, with tender loving care from their fosterers, they not only recovered but all turned into absolutely beautiful dogs who all went on to live in the very best possible forever homes.

As a tiny puppy, Bouncer was adopted by Regina, who went on to become a fosterer and loyal supporter of IRR.

Bouncer and his Mum were regulars at the Reunions. It was obvious he adored his Mum.

Bouncer and his sister, Kelly, named after their Mum, both had a very distinctive Mohican hairdo. here they had met up at the Annual Reunion

FOSTER BROTHER AND SPONSOR DOG

Bouncer has a great character and is a very cheeky chappie who is loved by everyone he meets but especially by his forever mum and dad. Bouncer’s Mum, Regina, fostered many times for IRR and Bouncer was always a very good, kind, welcoming Foster Brother.

He was also a very popular Sponsor Dog. In 2008, he was one of the Sponsor Dogs whose pictures took pride of place on the wedding tables when Hilary and Eric Wilson were married.

Bouncer was delighted to offer himself as a Sponsor Dog to represent all the other puppy farm puppies who have been born in the most horrendous conditions imaginable. Bouncer knows not all of them will be as lucky as him and may never find a wonderful home like his.

Bouncer’s early passing came as a huge shock to everyone who loved him.
